SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Upon the receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a Cameo & Beyond team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead-times vary by item type. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a up to 4 week before shipping. 

Bespoke pieces require 6-8 weeks before shipping once the artwork has been approved. Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

Domestic orders are shipped by DHL Express free of charge. Delivery next business day after the order has been shipped.

All packages are insured, and a signature is required upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Worldwide orders are shipped by DHL Express. Delivery times after the order has been shipped are: Europe 1-2 days, USA and Canada 2-3 days, Rest of the World 4-7 days.

EUROPE

Europe (continental) orders are shipped by DHL Express air at 38€ flat rate. All taxes and duties are fully paid by us. You will not be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in the country we are shipping to.

NORTH AMERICA

United States and Canada orders are shipped by DHL Express air at 43€ flat rate. All taxes and duties are fully paid by us. You will not be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in the country we are shipping to.

REST OF THE WORLD

Rest of world orders are shipped by DHL Express air at 48€ flat rate. All taxes and duties are fully paid by us. You will not be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in the country we are shipping to.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS POLICY

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with the order and the return policy will apply.

We understand that sometimes you just need to see things in person to be sure if it is right. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see our returns policy below for more information.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date your order is received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Earrings, bespoke or custom-made pieces, engraved and resized items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are happy to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).

 

All sale and promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at customercare to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customercare to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and use the DHL express label provided so that the shipment is ensured.

 

Please note, for international returns you will be responsible for all shipping charges including customs and taxes. For domestic customers we offer free returns.

 

REFUNDS

After processing your return your account will be credited, less any shipping charges, duties and taxes charges. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take some time to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All refunds will only be issued in the same form as original payment.
